Winding school is NOT an academic event but rather a training class given by A.Celli field engineers. The intention is to allow companies to send their best technicians for a technical refresher course, which is functional. A.Celli's field engineers share their knowledge, expertise and resources, allowing attendees to get the maximum out of A.Celli machinery. The aim of these workshops is to enable team leaders and maintenance managers to fine-tune and customise their machinery in order to improve operations, thus resulting in reduced maintenance and down times.
Although theory is part of the course, sessions focus on providing field solutions and daily problem solving techniques. Questions and answers together with hands-on practical demonstrations are also included.
